1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing dentalreachagency.com or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our website.

2. Services description

DentalReach Agency provides AI-assisted patient reactivation and marketing services for independent US dental practices. Our services include automated outreach campaigns, recall sequences, no-show reduction workflows, and related analytics.

We are a marketing agency, not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, clinical guidance, or HIPAA-covered services. Our platform handles marketing communications only. Compliance obligations for patient communications (TCPA, HIPAA where applicable) remain the responsibility of the subscribing dental practice.

3. Account and access

Certain features of our platform require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not use our services for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited commercial messages in violation of applicable law, or to impersonate any person or entity.

4. Payment and billing

Paid services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Prices are displayed in USD. Billing follows the Viva safe-harbor model: fixed monthly fee plus fair-market value per call.

Invoices are issued by ExpertiaX SASU. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DentalReach Agency and ExpertiaX SASU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall first be submitted to mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Versailles, France.

For US customers, we also comply with applicable US federal law. TCPA and HIPAA compliance obligations for dental practices are governed by US law.
