The average US dental practice has a million dollars in dormant revenue sitting in its own database. Patients who never came back. Treatment plans abandoned mid-way. Insurance benefits expiring quietly each December.
Front desks are stretched. Hiring is brutal. The labor cost of calling 500 dormant patients one by one is higher than the revenue most practices ever recover.
