DentalReach Agency is a marketing agency that provides AI-assisted patient reactivation services for independent US dental practices. Our operating entity is ExpertiaX SASU, registered in France (SIREN pending), with offices at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data through this website: contact information you voluntarily provide via our web forms (first name, last name, email address, practice name, phone number, and message content); usage data collected automatically via analytics cookies (pages visited, time on page, referrer URL, browser type, approximate geographic location at the city level); and technical data such as IP address and device type.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, health information (PHI), financial data, or social security numbers. Our web forms are for lead generation only — we are a marketing agency, not a healthcare provider.

3. How we use your data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes: to respond to inquiries submitted via our contact form; to send you the newsletter you opted into (one email per month); to analyze and improve the performance of our website; and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects.

We may share your personal data with the following third parties: n8n (workflow automation, EU-based); Vercel or similar hosting providers; email service providers for newsletter delivery; and analytics providers (Plausible Analytics — privacy-first, no cross-site tracking).

All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements. We do not share your data with advertising networks, data brokers, or other third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. International data transfers

Our website is hosted on infrastructure located in the EU (Paris datacenter, EX2/Infomaniak). Some service providers may process data outside the EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

8. Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for up to 24 months. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized after 13 months. Cookie consent records are kept for 13 months.
